Automatic Mustering and Personnel Location Systems
The basic methods of Mustering using manual paper, T Card or passive card/tag reader based systems require personnel to remember to sign or swipe in and out of plant areas and can be time consuming tallying up all the personnel that have assembled at the different “Muster Points” and ensuring that this equates to the total number of people on the entire plant. Manual systems take much more time due to no overall visibility of the total number of people on plant and or at muster areas.
Automatic mustering improves the speed and accuracy of accounting the whereabouts of personnel during an 
emergency with the ability to locate missing or specific personnel with pin point accuracy.
Other highlights include counting of people into lifeboats for evacuating oil and gas platforms and a Tag with an emergency call button and motion detector for increased personnel safety.
